Delivery Timelines:

  1. In-Stock Items: When your ordered items are in stock, we strive to deliver them to your doorstep within up to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping address.

  2. Pre-Orders: In case you have placed a pre-order for an item, the delivery timeline may extend to up to 1 month from the date of your order. We appreciate your patience and will work diligently to ensure your pre-ordered items reach you as soon as they become available.

Delivery Partner:

We have partnered with ShipRocket, a reputable and trusted logistics provider, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your supplements. You can track the status of your shipment by following the provided link on our website. This link will redirect you to the ShipRocket website or one of our sub-domains, ensuring you are always informed about the status of your delivery.

Instructions for Receiving Your Package:

  1.  Check the Package: When your package arrives, please carefully check the external condition of the parcel. If you notice any signs of damage or tampering, please inform the delivery personnel immediately or, if applicable, refuse the delivery. This step is crucial to ensure that you receive your supplements in perfect condition.

  2.  Personal Identification: You may be asked to provide valid identification, such as a government-issued ID, when receiving your order. Please have it ready to ensure a smooth delivery process.

  3.  Signature Required: In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery. Ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the package. If you prefer a no-contact delivery, please specify this in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  4.  Receiving on Behalf of Someone Else: If you are receiving the package on behalf of someone else, please inform the delivery personnel and provide a copy of your ID along with an authorization letter from the intended recipient.

  5.  Unavailability during Delivery: If no one is available to receive the package, the delivery personnel will make a maximum of two additional attempts on consecutive business days. After these attempts, you may need to coordinate directly with the courier for alternative delivery arrangements.

Note: We aim to deliver your order within the specified timelines; however, external factors like weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. Rest assured that we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any potential inconvenience.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 6-7 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-7 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
